Can anyone tell me if trunking is still available for the waterloo ceder falls,I'm from waverly and I did hear them on trunk EDACS before on my pro 164 but now I can't pick them up?

Looks like RACOM is going through Re-Banding. Check to assure your frequencies have not changed. Also there may be digital Provoice in use, which current scanners cannot decode.

Even though the Waterloo site 1107 and Cedar Falls site 1114 have rebanded your scanner can still hear those freqs. OK. They may have migrated to P25 digital as mentioned in the note on the RR database.
