Does anybody have one of the newer BladeRF SDRs working with the newest releases of SDR#? I know in the past they were supported and had a frontend selection but now there doesn't seem to be any way to get it to work.

Can't answer your question , sdr++ has bladerf support

I do use SDR++, but it doesn't have the same plugins to work with it.
