Im sure everyone probably knows, but a Blizzard Warning will be in effect for basically everyone south of M-46.

From the National Weather Service
________________________________________

.A DANGEROUS WINTER STORM WILL LIFT ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY
TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...SPREADING HEAVY SNOW AND BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS INTO SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN. SNOW WILL BECOME INTENSE
TONIGHT AND EARLY WEDNESDAY...AS SNOWFALL RATES REACH 1 TO 3
INCHES PER HOUR. VERY STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS WILL ALSO DEVELOP
OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...WITH GUSTS TO
40 MPH COMBINING WITH THE HEAVY SNOW TO CREATE WIDESPREAD BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS SOUTH OF A LINE FROM FREELAND TO BAD AXE. SIGNIFICANT
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL ALSO BECOME LIKELY WITH THESE
WINDS...HELPING TO CREATE AREAS OF NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY. FURTHER
NORTH...WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SLIGHTLY LESS OVER MIDLAND AND
BAY COUNTIES...WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH CREATING LESS WIDESPREAD
ISSUES WITH BLOWING SNOW AND NEAR-ZERO VISIBILITIES. SNOWFALL AND
WIND GUSTS WILL DECREASE IN INTENSITY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...WITH
SNOW TAPERING OFF DURING THE EARLY EVENING. STORM TOTAL SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF BETWEEN 8 AND 15 INCHES ARE LIKELY...WITH HIGHEST
AMOUNTS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE I-69 CORRIDOR. THOSE RESIDING IN OR
PLANNING TRAVEL TO THIS REGION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO MONITOR
THE LATEST FORECASTS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING NECESSARY
TRAVEL TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...PREPARE A
WINTER SURVIVAL KIT TO TAKE WITH YOU.

I hope they are right on this one, Id like to see a good blizzard for once. But with the awe of this storm comes it's danger...so for anyone working and driving in it, stay safe out there.

I'm with Jimmy like to see a good blizzard. Also because the teacher I have tomorrow has never taught before and it sure can tell. She is a nice lady but needs a lot of practice. Some students have already complained about her. After the complaints the head of the criminal justice program sat in on one of her classes.

I always have doubts when it comes to big storms. Its never as heavy as what they call for. The infamous "Dry Slot" always seems to hit us, like last night...cutting totals closer to 7 inches.

Also, saw the news...they were inside MSP D2 dispatch. Pretty cool to see how it works in there with all the traffic cams.

As snow covers freeways, MSP has eyes on drivers
