Is BLM in the San Diego and Imperial county all NexGen or do they still operate on 700Mz?

BLM operates normally in the Federal 162-174 MHz spectrum. They are on the RCS to enhance coverage in Imperial County and to have interoperability with local agencies. As a Federal agency, they are not eligible to use the 700 MHz band.
