BLM Northeast Resource Area/District?

I have an older listing showing 168.225 as being assigned to the BLM Northeast Resource Area/District. Does anybody know if this frequency is still active? I've been monitoring it all morning hoping to hear some traffic, but so far nothing.

That District was dissolved a number of years ago. All repeaters (5) were removed from service. You won't hear anything.
