Bloomington City Fire is currently (2/19/2010 @ 19:00) working a 2nd alarm fire in a residence @ 515 W. Dodds St. Initially dispatched as a stove on fire. Engine 1 reported smoke showing on arrival and all occupants out. E1 has fast attack. Batt1 called a 2nd alarm for RIT. E5 now on scene and staging for RIT.
