Anyone know if Bloomington went encrypted? The last audible traffic online was just before noon on 9/8, nothing since then.

Encryption coming to Minneapolis Police Dispatch

Scott and Carver have separate 911 dispatch centers but operate on a shared subsystem of the ARMER system. Scott went encrypted so Carver used that as a reason they needed new encrypted radios - then once they started to upgrade to encryption capable radio the decision to move to full encryption...

Fun Fact: They had been simulcasting all of their traffic on both talkgroups for about 6 months prior to their cut over.
