bluetooth and scanner

Tried a search but only turned up what i already know.

Here is my question.

Using a pro 97 with a jabra A210 bluetooth adapter and a moto H500 but im getting very distorted sound.

I tried turning down the scanner and turning up the ear piece but now its so low I can't hear it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is the scanner's battery new or almost new? I found out a few nights ago that my headset starting to get fuzzy reception then looked at my battery level on the phone and it was low. Started it up today and it was just fine. I think the item you use for the bluetooth makes a difference when it comes to battery power.
