Bluewater Recycling Association - Strathroy

Hi all
Had trash pick up today, and heard the radio in the cab of the truck. I have searched for them, but cant find any freq info. Anyone know of the freqs they use in the Strathroy area?

My first guess would be one of the Connect Plus MotoTRBO systems... But Strathroy is sort of in a dead zone between the two systems... so not sure about that one. Might be on the OnQue NXDN system... it has a tower in Strathroy (Sunnys Taxi is on it).
