I do not know if Im doing this right. I just purchased 2 uniden bdc996xt's scanners. a friend of mine programmed them for me. He told me that I should try and learn the Free Scan software to program these scanners. He uses a difference program. So here is what i'm asking. Wili someone help me, set myself up using the Free Scan program. I'm not an expert at using a computer.
