I have waited a week before posting info on my experience with this new guy trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I bought an 800 MHz remote mount spectra from him which according to him was complete and he even said he would send me the button that was missing in the control head that was in the picture he sent. Also said that he would send me a trunking codeplug for it on cd. I was happy and included an EXTRA $5 for his troubles for burning the cd for me with the codeplug.
Few days later, a box arrived with a control head, power cable, radio, mounting bracket, speaker, & personal garbage. (old wrappers, trash, and small stacks of typing paper?)
The cd and missing button were not there as well as the speaker / ignition sense cable to connect to the remote head cable and the remote head mounting bracket. Repeated emails over the past 3 weeks have yet to produce any of the 4. So, the radio is useless to me as he will not send the speaker cable which cooincidentaly, also has the ignition sense wire which without it, the radio won't won't power on. So he has my money, and I have a door stop.
Repeated emails over the past week have been unanswered.
I've never posted bad feedback on anyone here but since he is continuing to sell items here, I feel the community needs to be aware of this new guy.
