If it cuts back on the trucks on the 110, 710 & 605 freeways I'm for it.
Send the trans-con containers via rail to be transferred to bigger containers in Barstow, BNSF might be able to justify triple tracking the rest of the San Bernardino sub like they planned to do for years now.
Los Angeles for the local freight, San Bernardino for the inland empire, and now Barstow? I can get on board with this.
