I doubt anybody in the NY/NJ area heard it, NYC and Newark have nothing to do with it. Red Bank TN is a long way off from Red Bank NJ.

Did you here it in the NJ area? Maybe he meant was it heard in the NJ area when the rig may have been up here. I doubt very much he meant did anyone in NJ hear the transmission from TN.
Finally, I may be wrong, but it sounded like a local PD broadcast of a BOLO, not an FBI transmission.

NO, was heard on the county of Hamilton in the state of TN. I just meant they sent the bolo here and wondered if you guys up north heard this bolo on your local PD freqs. I have not stated anywhere that this was a FBI transmission? I thought it was a interesting bolo.

The vehicle was traveling westbound in I-70 in Maryland. Tennessee is southwest of Maryland. Hence, the vehicle could have wound up in Tennessee. Hence there's no reason why it couldn't be real.

It's just incredulous that a person on the Terrorism Watch List can obtain a state issued CDL!

No, maybe Homeland Security should tell the OP he posted in the wrong forum and confused the heck out of you guys. Well that's easy enough when you don't watch the opening sequence of the video and notice RED BANK TENNESSEE big as life.
I think the reason the op asked if we heard the balo is it was started out of newark nj so maybe someone in jersey heard it come over spen.
