Reckless Tuck driver Out of South Carolina runs Silver vehicle off road in Oconee Co. today after the lunch hour. Victim described as having shoulder pain. One lane in the outer loop 10 was closed due to the incident. The truck is described as being Red, and has a tag of PV____ . It may be on it's way to SC on any road. Expected to be on I-85, Hwy 72, Hwy 78 and roads in between.
