Can anyone confirm a possible pipe bomb discovery in Downtown Miami? Heard some weird transmissions on a dispatch channel saying "all units at Government Center, backup for device detonation." Now I am hearing some weird stuff on a special events channel about RDF (Rapid Deployment Force) being deployed for riot control. Haven't heard anything on any other channels. So, I am thinking it's training. But, I find it weird to hear something on a dispatch freq like that. The stuff there saying on the special events channel is really far fetched at this point. So, that is bogus. WEIRD. Any feedback from MDPD listeners?
