Boone County/Belvidere Tac3 Encrypted?

Anyone else on here listen to Boone County/Belvidere TAC 3 (Starcom talk group 1378)?

The other day I heard traffic on there, and was pretty sure it was encrypted..Or my poor old Pro-96 was having a braincramp during the decode process..

Not sure, as i don't normally listen to Boone County, but i'll give it a listen for a few days and see what i can hear.

I hear most of Belvidere's traffic on TG 1376, never heard of their TAC 3 being encrypted.

I've heard traffic on TAC3 twice in the last couple weeks, both times related to the "Perfect Two" incident. The night of the crash, and after the funeral. Both times the traffic was completely garbled.

I'd have to say it's a secure channel, and am thinking of submitting it as such to the database gurus.
