I have confirmation that they are NOT fully encrypted.. tg id's pending in very near future... KEEP WATCHING!

Milf, i was the person that noticed that they wernt encrypted. I was in town for the air show so i didnt write down the talkgroups. 1 was obviously a primary channel, 2 secondary channels, and 1 possible narcotics (POSSIBLY). if someone near bossier parish reads this, try to get the talkgroups or i will be sure to write them down next time i am in the area. 
TY, and hopefully we can get tg's rolling..
