463.55R is busy with admin type traffic - assorted major headaches - dumpsters in the way - upset bus drivers - etc

urgent request for ALS at Alpha tent - 323PM

At one point they had multiple runners in trouble in one of the subway stations - maybe Arlington on the Green Line - I heard BFD tell their responding units to switch from Ch 3 to Ch 4 when in the subway station - apparently BFD Ch 3 doesnt work in that subway station (or maybe any subway station)
