The botines/ Webb county GATRRS Greater Austin/Travis Regional Radio System came alive today while i was at subway in Laredo. Sounded like some type of law enforcement because an officer was running license plates and drivers Lic info to a dispatcher. It was P25 Digital I believe the talk group ID was 4142 but im not too sure
