I might be completely clueless! =)
Starting with the call earlier today around 0810 at 3800 Kalmia Ave. Sounds like bomb squad is/was working this location at some point after the initial letter. Boulder SO and Boulder Rural FD are/were working this incident with mutual aid from Boulder FD, Longmont FD, and Lafayette FD.
Threatening letter opened at Boulder JCC
Another HAZMAT incident went out around 1130 and is being worked on by Boulder PD and FD at 3950 Baseline Rd at Har HaShem.

UPDATE: The package at 3800 Kalmia Ave that the bomb squad was working was deemed safe.
