TOOT TOOT! I hear the sound of shameless self promotion here (;->) and of course with the latest theme, EMCOMM. Sheesh, we've been recycling towers from the beginning and not blowing our own horns, doing the auxiliary communications bit too and nary a toot was heard, until lately. We don't crawl out of some hole when disaster strikes, we have been on Earth living among you all along and you have been reaping the benefits, using them every day not even aware of them.

I would run out of fingers on both hands counting the number of nice ham towers I know of, that were acquired simply by knocking on the door of a house with cable that had a TV antenna on a tower.
The home owner gladly gives them away.
"You'll take it down for free? I'll cook up some dogs on the grill for ya while you do it."

Installations at Hospitals............
Hmmmm, sounds highly viable until the Facilities Maint. Director and City / County building dept. gets involved.
In most hospital cases, the antennas are just plain out affixed to the top of the building itself. No tower structure needed.
