Yes, the Q will be quite high making the peaks of tuning real tight. Great for those with loud local stations in your neighborhood. :^)
Be forewarned though, it is expensive. Look for deals on Ebay. Search for Litz wire.

Okay, along these lines but a little off topic, I bought a set of Litz wire coils similar to these on ebay some time ago:
Diamond-weave Coils for Crystal Radio Sets with 2 free 1N34A Diodes! | eBay
and built them into a BCB antenna phaser by putting them in a box with a pair of 365mfd variable caps and wiring them up as a tuned LC circuit for each of two antennas with a common output that goes to your receiver antenna jack. By adjusting the tuning of each LC circuit, you can phase-null just about any station on the dial and hear what's underneath them, even pretty loud local stations. The two antennas should be very different from each other to get the best results, such as a vertical vs a low wire, or loop vs low wire, high wire vs low wire.
The cost of these coils is well worth it if you figure out all the labor that goes into making them and that buying a commercial antenna phaser will put you back $135 or more. Using this technique will most certainly add to your log totals. I guarantee it!

you might try radioshack magnet wire cheaper and still good results but this only is good on sw dosent wok verygood for mwbcb
