If there are any interested the main command control for SFPD where the post Giants mayhem is concerned is TG 13232.
In a nutshell, all the local news shows is the good fans celebrating plus a couple street bonfires.
What I heard so far on this scanner is
3 shootings so far
bottles being thrown at police
bottle rockets being shot at police
garbage being thrown at motorcop
muni bus set afire
people with knives
1 stabbing so far
vandalized unmanned cop cars
medevacs being blocked from reaching injured folks
officer safety calls (5 so far) the latest is someone firing into the air.
bonfires becoming so large the fire trucks needed to put them out
blablablah.
Just basically SF going full thugtard again as usual-all because our ballteam won.
The new norm.

You serious? People are very simple minded anymore. Then everyone wonders why nee laws and and more draconian agendas are made. Over a pig skin. Shows who has neanderthal bloodlines. Honestly if it gets to that much chaos just from winning imagine if the terrorists stepped in. Allot is getting ridiculous now days snd people wonder why more security is always present. They want to cry my rights etc. But then gee I wonder why.

Well not this time but they have done the same over the 49ers wins so he aint far off. +1 on your comments 9200.
I think a spokesman for the Giants ought to get on TV and scold these jerks that they cannot hurt people and their stuff because of a win. They ought to disclaim themselves as NOT a team for violent fans. This is just evil stuff. Hell they were moving in crowds of up to 3-400. And I heard fear in some of those cops and one of them I felt particularly bad for when he got on the radio to ask his guys to cover him and their skirmish line better because of "heavy bottles"-he got hit in his back several times and I heard in his voice it didn't tickle.
Anyways now the morning after, the local TV news is reporting these occurances of violence-and it really does taint the joy of victory when you see the teams this AM escaping home after their arrival back to SFO then in the same breath you see these STAINS on society and their handiwork. Jerks.

Were these events spilling off from the Civic Center gathering?
Hey V-the violent stuff to my knowledge was mainly in the Mission-doesn't it figure that the PD set up a Mission Command.
The other stuff was for the most part, out near the downtown area and Embarcadero area. There were a few relative incidents out here in Western SF like some guy got his face cut open on 48th/Judah, tons and tons of illegal Chinese fireworks going off all night stuff like that.
Wonderful city.

Gosh ! they should just start throwing people in jail for, reckless indangerment, littering, assault to a police officer, Arson, starting fires without a permit, blocking first responders from the scene, discharging a firearm in city limits, disturbing the peace, destroying or vandalism to state property, just to name a few! Lol :D

What these people don't get is it will justify the new patrol cars to be purchased and water utility tax to go up later. They'll cry but someone needs to pay for it all. Don't forget there insurance rates also.

Wanna know the REALLY sad part? Most of those folks are mere bandwangoners and most likely don't give too much of a hoot about the game itself. Just something to be "apart of". The true fans are the ones who don't need to go out acting like a nut to "celebrate". They relish that victory internally with a nice beverage and/or a cigar to end the season. Those are the true fans. You don't see the players joining the mobs to celebrate their victory either. They handle it with dignity and like someone who knows how to enjoy their accomplishments.

Whew......!

Good thing they didn't lose!

I can't imagine what kind of destruction would have happened then !!!
IMO it wouldn't be anything like this-losers like these would just go home with their tail between their legs, get wasted and beat on their family members or torture their dogs.
If you think about it, their behavior because of a WIN is just like that little half-animal kid in the Mad Max movie. It's actually kind of creepy how mobs of them turn violent as if they were personally responsible for the Giants winning, and they want to show "who's boss". What kind of mentality is this?.

I have less than zero actual information and facts as to the true nature of this incident, but if I had to speculate, I would suspect a temporary infiltration from the East (Oakland). There you have one of the world's largest enclaves of pre-civilization (or post-civilization) primates.
