I finaslly set up my radio to monitor them however it seems that they are Digital and/or Encrypted. Can anyone confirm this ??

They are digital. I listen to them all the time from Delray Beach. What kind of radio are you listening to them on?

Rat Shack Pro-95
Boynton Beach Police and Fire are digital. Public Works is analog.
Make sure you have their updated control channels.
Your PRO96 will monitor them without any problems.
PD is busy and fire rescue is also.
On analog during the day the garbage trucks talk a lot.

He said PRO-95, in which case you're SOL with regard to the Boynton Beach system (as well as Boca and Delray). You need a digital scanner to monitor these.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrgh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a retired 911 Supervisor from NJ it gets a bit edgey not knowing what is happening in your location.

Unfortunately you'll need a digital scanner to hear them. You can listen to the rest of the county tho.
