I am in need of some help with quick keys here.....First off, I know how to access QK's 1-9, you just hit that number on the keypad.....My number one question is, how to you access anything from 10 on? I try and hit 1 then 0 and it only then scans what is assigned to the #1 key, so I don't know how to scan my systems that I have assigned to systems 11 and on.....

Question # 2 is how do you access group QK's? Again, once I have a system scanning, I will hit a number of a group that I have assigned as that certain QK and it just unlockes or locks out that numberd system, won't do anything with the group QK, so basically I need to know how to access system QK's assigned to 10 and above and secondly how to access group QK's. I will need to know how to do this on 2 other scanners, the BCT-15 and 996D. Thanks,

Chris
