I've been playing with the BR330T's priority setup and noticed a few interesting things that I'm hoping other BR330T users can confirm.
First off I noted that Priority ON will only switch to an active priority channel in scanning mode. When you hit a custom search or Service Search it seems to ignore Priority channel...in fact you can clearly hear the 2-second gap in audio stop during a search. The owners manual seems to indicate this is how it is suposed to work. I guess it was my hope that it would continue working so I can go off searching some range of frequencies but not miss activity on my priority channels.
Second I noted on Priority Plus scan you not only have to activate it (HOLD FUNCT-1) but ALSO hit the SCAN button again to get it started scanning only Priority channels. The other surprise here is that even on Priority plus when it is scanning ONLY priority channels it still for some reason has the 2-second audio gap. I assume it is checking for Priority channels on lower numbered system quick keys?
