Can someone explain setting up and using the quick keys, my main question is how do I activate them once they are set. I have looked at my manual, it is Greek to me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You press the number of the QK that you want to turn on and off. Really its pretty simple and is all in the manual. It might take a couple times of reading it but it will all come to you in the end.
