Bradley County question

Today I noticed that 5 car to car talkgroups have been recently added to the Bradley County TACN database. Looking further all 5 of these talkgroups originally were assigned to the Chattanooga Hamilton County analog Smartnet system and are still assigned to that system. I don't see a entry date for these changes on the update log, just wondering if anyone has info whether these old/new talkgroups are valid under the TACN system.

Big difference... These are P25 on the TACN. Completely different animal from the about to convert Motorola SmartNet system.
