What frequency does bridge water dist 2 operate on, database says everyone but dist 3 operates on county TRS, but I’m not hearing anything.

Possibly one of the simplex TAC channels shown in the database for Somerset County. I occasionally hear them say switch to TAC 1-6 or OPS 1-5. Those are under Public Safety Operations Backup.
