I feel like the uses quoted would be a perfect use for a 7/8Tac simplex channel. I’ve also lost this arguement many times in my area too though.

I feel like the uses quoted would be a perfect use for a 7/8Tac simplex channel. I’ve also lost this arguement many times in my area too though.
Fought that fight in my county, too.
Set up a half-dozen simplex tac channels for fireground use, only to have the fire chiefs decide that they were going to stay on the main dispatch channels at scenes, because those channels are recorded. Then everyone continued to complain about not being able to talk out of buildings.
