Brand new, need some help

My elderly aunt likes listening to her scanner. She has a Uniden Bearcat Bc60XLT-1. I am trying to program it so it scans Albany, NY Fire, Police and Mohawk ambulance frequencies. I thought it would be easy but it turns out I am pretty cluelss.

If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it.

Albany County Sheriff can be monitored with that scanner, but it looks like the rest of them are on a trunked radio system. Basically all the channels directly on this page can be monitored:
Albany County, New York (NY) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

But, anything linked on that page to a trunked radio system requires a scanner capable of trunktracking.
