OK, I have knocked all the cob webs and dust off my scanners, turned them on and got nothing. It has been several years since they have been fired up. What is going on? Did the BCSO change their 800 freqs?

If you are referring to the analog version of TxWARN, yes, the frequencies did change recently. The sites underwent the rebanding process.

Depending on which scanner you have, you may have to enter the new site frequencies (and any changed control channels), plus enter the custom band plan required for rebanded systems (presuming your scanner is reband capable, and the firmware has been updated). If your scanner is not, it will no longer trunk track the system, and would need to be replaced. (A list of scanners that will not work is on the rebanding page.)

Edit: Flash was typing at the same time.
