I was wondering if anyone feels the need to have Breaking Incidents in the Canadian provinces? I have provided a link to thread I already created in the Forums Administration forum, but posted again here to potentially get input as to if people would want a new forum because WayneH wouldn't create a new forum if it isn't going to be used.
