Radio Reference list for Brevard County the same tower transmitting a frequency with two different LCN's.

Example Palm Bay Tower:
851.90 LCN 1
851.90 LCN 19

Is this possible?

Does appear to be a duplicate of the control frequency. Same thing on site 4 Eau Gallie control freq of 852.1500 ?

This is what is showing now for the Titusville site:

Today it uses the first 12 LCN frequencies. The update to the data base now lists 22 LCN frequencies but if you look at the new ones they are duplicates of the original 12. This is true for all of the updated Brevard sites. I don't see how this is a valid update since there there are no new frequencies actually added. You can see the complete list here.

Again, I pointed this out when this "update" first came out but no one ever addresed the issue.
