I am looking for some of the behind the scenes freqs that the speedway uses to operate on a day to day operation. Like parking lot, food stands, securties and other non raceing channel to listen to when the cars are not on the track.

Do an FCC Database check For Indianapolis Motor Speedway assigned frequencies. All of those are about all you'll find. Some are data some voice such as vendors and security.

For catering companies look under Jonathan Byrd, Crystal Food Service, and Jugs Catering. Although I don't know how exiting knowing the Hulman Suite is low on sweet tea is going to be.
