any new information on bridgeport fire dept? are they testing any new frequencies or repeaters?
new communications building should open soon.

Your 3-6 months away from hearing any new bridgeport traffic. The main thing holding it up is a new tower at the city hall once you see that up then things will start. Some of the cops have new XTS2500 radios and they have 3 zones in them but i didn't get to look long

thanks for the information. i retired from there 7 yrs ago. and moved upstate. i still listen to my scanner when i come down there. the dispatcher could never hear us over the boston ave hill. i hope with the
new system it works better.
