BRIDGEWATER — When it comes to receiving dispatch services from Somerset County, Bridgewater officials are looking to spend some money in order to save even more.
As they prepare to transition to the county’s system over the next year, municipal officials are expected to consider the introduction of a bond ordinance next month to borrow $2 million for new radio equipment for the township’s police department and fire and ambulance squads.
