I have a Hytera PT580H v2.06.15.018. I have tried to upgrade the firmware (cannot remember exactly to which version) and once successfully finished, the radio will show blank white screen and LED flashed red a few times. I tried it's original firmware, same issue. Could not access it with CPS. In order to flash it I had to deselect Bootload otherwise an error was shown.

After that, I managed to access it with TeraTerm serial cable. Saw 1st and 2nd Boot stages. Tried to :del all, nothing. Then I somehow deleted 2nd boot and now if I powerup the radio is doing nothing. With TeraTerm I can see just this:

What does the :fea command show?

I have a similar situation and I can not solve it in any way.
The radio also flashes a few times with the LED, I think it is in test mode.

I chose Formating programm data in the upgrade kit and as I understand it, it erased all tuner settings and serial numbers.

for everyone, the radio without a bootloader in this version of the Hytera PT580H without a plus is not possible, the radio version is just too old, it is possible to remove the processor and program it again, not a profitable repair procedure, I called the service in Germany and it was handed over information, greetings to all interested

Generic programming cables are fairly cheap. On ebay I suggest getting one with built in switch for cps/FW.

Just because there is new firmware don't mean YOU need it! And some times they take things AWAY FROM YOU!
