Not that difficult actually. Using certain-only-available-to-some-people software, you can techincally read the s-record out of the radio, unpack the s-rec, then save a copy of the unpacked codeplug to disk, exit the very-shady software. Open normal DOS RSS, open the previously saved codeplug, and CLONE it into the radio (DO NOT DIRECTLY WRITE THE CODEPLUG).
Remember, NEVER EVER, directly write an MTS2000 with the very-shady-not-really-supposed-to-have-it software.
Of course this is if the firmware version of the MTS2000 is >R5.41. If its less then or is R5.41 then do whatever you want with the very-shady software.
