Bristol PD encypted?

I am thinking about purchasing a scanner. Before I do so I am looking to find out if anyone knows if Bristol PD transmissions are encypted. I know that at one point only select transmissions were. From what I read I get the impression that all transmissions are indeed encrypted BUT like I said I had seen that before yet I was able to receive them(this was several years ago),

Bristol PD has been encrypted for years. I believe Fire and EMS are still in the clear.

Correct I am streaming the trucked system on my feed. All talk groups are open with the exception on pd.
