Is Bristol VA PD Digital yet? If so, could someone provide the frequency. How are they getting by with analog? I noticed on digital frequency finder that it shows P25 for them but on here it still showing a pl tone of 100.0. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

They are likely licensed for both Analog and P25 which is what DFF is reporting based on a license only.
Only someone monitoring near-by would be able to validate if still analog at 100.0 or P25 or even mixed mode (meaning they use both)
What reeason could they not use analog. Lots of agencies all over the US still use analog for public safety.
