I'm looking for a pre-built inexpensive broadband RF generator to extend up to 1 GHz or more. I did some searching and found a VHF homemade version with a bunch of dead links in the article, but that doesn't go high enough.
I found this, but that was more than I wanted to spend;

Something under, say $100, to use with a Spectrum Analyzer. Any ideas??
