Broadcast delay time

Broadcast delay time:
1. BCT15X using Proscan 24.4 to Broadcastify. VHF Hi analog channels only. Broadcast delay time to scanner radio app is 6 seconds.
2. SDS200 to Proscan. P25 phase 2 system. Broadcast delay time to scanner radio app is 60-70 seconds.
Any reason for different delays.
Both are streaming from same computer.

Delay has been present since I started my feed last year with similar time delay. I think it's just the way it takes time thru the server.

Yes, I just thought it was interesting that one stream has a delay of six seconds or so and the other over a minute.
