Broadcastify archive error?

Hello I hope I am posting this in the right place.

The feeds for Barnstable County (Mass) Fire Ops (1,2,3) are not caching 30 minutes of archive like other feeds. Ops 1 only saves 2-3 minutes per 30 minute window
while 2 and 3 only have a couple of seconds. I don't think this is a broadcaster issue. As a former broadcaster I did not know of any settings to do with archiving.
Thank you for checking into this. There are valuable feeds when there is a big fire on the Cape

There is a possibility that the archive that you are attempting to listen to is truncated. Some fire archives are truncated by removing dead air audio and when a 30-minute archive segment is played and there are no transmissions the recording may be only a second or two long.
