How will this service group access be controlled while playing back public calls playlists? Scanner Radio (on ios), for example, enables me to play public playlists without any signin to BCFY to check my subscription level (if any). My observation is that it plays whatever is in the playlist whether it is Law Tac, Law Dispatch, etc.
