Broadcastify Image for Feed Providers

I would like to provide the NOAA weather audio feed for WXK49 (162.475 MHz) in Memphis, Tennessee. I noticed that the only Broadcastify image available is for the ancient Raspberry Pi model 2B. I would prefer to invest in the latest RPi model. Would it be possible to get an updated image for the later RPi models?

A older pi will work just as well for a single frequency , plenty powerful enough , save the latest and greatest PI for a more intensive project. Older PI is cheaper too .

Is there a FAQ or wiki listing what minimum Hardware is needed, and brand suggestions...as wells as setup info ?
I found a WIKI but don't see hardware needed.
