Broadcasting out through Squid

Anyone been able to find a way to be able to send out through the squid proxy ?

Every time I enable the proxy it kills the out going feed until I disable it again.

Anyone had this problem / found a fix for it.

You will need to add an access rule in squid in order for it to allow the encoder to access the stream.
