Brockville Fire Sounds Like Mobile Repeater

Yesterday Brockville crews were out doing radio tests in the area's that had dead zones. Seems like they have installed mobile repeater in Command-1 and Rescue-1 after each officer finished message you could hear the static like a repeater with the 2 to 3 second click with static. Should really help them in the buildings that where no reception at all.

I will be in the 1000 islands area. Any idea what frequency or band these repeaters are on?

No idea. They were testing on the main Grenville channel and were testing in all the buildings that they have issues with. Only heard them testing the one day ,so unsure. Will keep listening when call comes in for one of those areas.
