can anyone help me I no deff that brockville poilce are useing inversion cause if they were digital encryption u wouldent hear thare ''martian like voice'' they are useing inversion just to let ppl no cause everyone thinks they are doing dvp,des thare just inversion thats all get a program called invert. exe it will decode it I have been doing alot of research on the brockville police radio and they are deff inversion they sound like ''donald duck ''digital its just noise no voice at all just thought id tell ppl and thare radio dealer is time mci in ottawa not tordiff communication like ppl thought it was

not yet have i been succesful but they are using inversion for sure i just havent figured out yet how to use the program but they are not encrypted or digital for sure I am 99.95% that they are base band inversion

Brockville, Ontario Police are using voice inversion , and it can be de-crypted. But for those who are responsable for not interfering with police, and just want to listen for the fun should be ok, or u will end up like md.
