Remote control robot video feed, and the output is 0.323 watts, not 323 watts.

ReconRobotics Recon Scout:

I remember all the dustup about this being used on that portion of the UHF band several years ago. They've been using this since 2012.

Here's an odd license emission issued last month in Broken Arrow.
It has an emission designator of 100KC3 - apparently TV, on 436-442 MHz - 6 MHz similar to TV bandwidth. Smack in the 70cm ham band!
Power of 323 watts. WQQE430
What is this?

ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WQQE430 - BROKEN ARROW, CITY OF - Frequencies Summary
Checkout the ADMIN, All Applications, 08/25/2010 NE- New , Attachments & Pleadings explains the filing for a robot(a Recon Scout)

And something interesting. Checkout those lengthy petitions to deny and objections to use of the ham spectrum
